Jim Marchese, MPA, JD, is the President and CEO of Mortgage NOW Inc and is commonly recognized for his debut in Real Housewives of New Jersey. His work life is a bit different off-air, and Marchese utilizes his expert knowledge in lending and insuring over $10 Billion in Mortgage-backed securities.

He had many successes throughout his journey as an entrepreneur. Marchese appeared on Money Beat, Fox Business, Good Morning America, Watch What Happens Life and has also been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, Inquisitor, Daily UK, People.com, and Newsweek after successfully guiding his firm through the 2008 financial crisis.

With 20 years of experience in the banking industry, he was able to wear many different hats. His expertise does not end with mortgage-backed securities, and he is well versed in employment and family law. He was especially successful with whistle-blower cases, where he claimed multiple medical and financial fraud awards. James Marchese was recognized for his work on page three of the Settlement for his role in the Department of Justice in a $16.65 billion fraud case by Bank of America back in 2014.

He uses his Political Science degree from Columbia University and a Juris Doctorate in Law from Seton Hall Law School to educate others on financial literacy. Marchese says, “financial literacy is not taught in school, and people need to work with someone they trust and take a holistic view of their overall personal balance sheet to calculate the best ROI for their budget.” He has a large audience to engage with the public on these topics, and Jim Marchese is a macro-influencer with his Twitter page reaching over 9.5 million impressions a month.

He still has a hand in the film industry, where he continues to work as an actor and executive producer. Jim and his wife Amber expect to turn their short project, “Abbadon,” into a full-length feature film. The film touches on crime in banking, and Jim plays an Italian banker who is locked up in federal prison. His character goes through a spiritual awakening and spends his time trying to reform inmates. The FBI begins to interview Marchese and uncover a more complex plot that involves businesspeople, politicians, and judges in a world with hidden agendas.

The film exposes some of the darkness within the banking and furthers Marchese’s goal to educate the public. Off-screen, he attempts to give back to the community by helping small business owners reconstruct their strategies. James Marchese helps walk these leaders through their entire budget, which helps clients navigate financial troubles. With COVID especially, the unprecedented times allowed him to help clients protect their assets and come out of these uncertain times on a more solid foundation by leveraging his knowledge.

His work at Mortgage NOW Inc. continues to aid people who have been affected financially by the Pandemic. Marchese strives to help people whose banks have refused to offer loans or financial aid, so Mortgage NOW offers many different self-employed borrowers an option to refinance and find homes. Marchese will continue to welcome those who suffered interruptions of income from the Pandemic and teach others how to navigate and avoid financial crises.
